All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact colors.

All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping options displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier errors, or customs issues for international orders.
Once your order is shipped, risk of loss passes to you.
5. Return Policy
At Chulu Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email us at kevinaugustine101@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost to you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund or exchange.
Note: Chulu Apparel reserves the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.

All logos, designs, images, and text on our website are the property of Chulu Apparel and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission.
