Thank you for shopping with Chulu Apparel. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will ship, especially during our limited preorder drops.


1. Preorder Drops

All Chulu Apparel releases are made available during special preorder periods.

  • Preorders open for a limited time only — once the window closes, production begins.

  • Each hat or apparel item is made to order, so please allow 2–3 weeks of production time after the preorder window ends before shipping begins.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships with tracking information.

Because preorder items are produced in limited quantities, all preorder sales are final once the preorder period closes.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and location)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high-volume drops. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may apply during select drops — watch our socials and product pages for details.


4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipping confirmation.


5. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, Chulu Apparel is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll do what we can to assist, but we are not liable for carrier errors.
